Grammar Focus

Present Simple (Affirmative and Negative): Using the verb tense for permanent states and work routines (e.g., “I work at a firm,” “He does not use that office”).

Indefinite Articles (A / An): Essential rule for introducing professions (e.g., “an attorney,” “a secretary”).

Prepositions of Workplace: Correct use of in, at, and for to indicate company or department affiliation (e.g., “I work for a law firm,” “I work in the legal department”).
